2006.11.03: AIM Autosport will be among the teams from around the world competing in the Formula BMW World Final in Spain this month. With drivers Daniel Morad and Philip Major, AIM will pit itself against the world's best Formula BMW squads November 24-26 at Valencia, Spain.

Sixteen-year-old Daniel from Markham, Ontario, contested the 2006 Formula BMW USA Championship with AIM. He won the Rookie-of-the-Year Title and finished sixth in the Championship. Philip, who turns eighteen in December, hails from Ottawa, Ontario. Also a rookie, he competed in the 2006 Formula BMW USA Championship with another team and finished 21st in the Championship.

Keith Willis, AIM's Formula BMW Team Manager says the team is shooting for top-ten finishes. With a 38-car field comprised of championship winning veterans and others who have just finished their first season, Willis wants his his drivers to be the best of the first-year competitors.

"We're looking for Daniel and Philip to finish in the top-ten and if we come away with a top-five finish, that would be fantastic," Willis said.
